Most people who want to post consistently can already do the hard part. They know what they want to say, and they can say it to a camera. Then the file lands on the laptop and sits there, because tightening it, cutting the false starts and typing captions line by line is two hours of work that feels like admin.
So posting gets patchy, and the conclusion people draw is that they are bad at content. They are not. They are stuck behind an editing bottleneck, and that bottleneck is the one part of this a machine is genuinely good at.

Trending audio is left out on purpose. It only counts as trending if you pick it inside the app, so you add it there in about thirty seconds. The two hours go away. The thirty seconds, and the final call, stay yours.
How it works

Step four is not optional. Captions come from speech recognition, and speech recognition gets names, brand words and technical terms wrong. Watch your video before you post it. If something needs correcting, that is what the revision is for.
The software does the repetitive work. You keep the judgment.
Everything happening here is something you could set up yourself with Claude Code, a terminal, ffmpeg and a caption pipeline. That is genuinely how it is built. But wiring that up costs you a weekend, and then it becomes a thing you maintain. Most people do not want a new technical hobby. They want the finished video.
So this is that, without the stack. The repetitive part gets handled: finding the pauses, cutting the false starts, timing every caption, formatting the frame. That work is mechanical, and a machine is better at it than either of us at eleven at night.
What it cannot do is understand what you meant. It does not know which sentence carries the whole video, that a pause was deliberate, or how your client’s name is spelled. That is not a flaw to apologise for, it is simply where the line sits. You are the one who watches it, decides it is right, and decides it goes out.

Saying no to the before and after is completely fine and changes nothing about your edit.
Questions
What kind of video can I send?
One person talking to camera, filmed vertically, under ten minutes, with audio you can clearly hear. Phone footage is completely fine and most of what comes in is exactly that. If it is landscape I can still work with it, but vertical gives a better result.
Are captions included?
Yes. They are generated from your audio, timed to your words, and burned into the video so they travel with the file wherever you post it. They sit clear of the Instagram interface so nothing important gets covered.
Will the captions get anything wrong?
Sometimes, yes. Captions come from speech recognition, which is reliable on ordinary speech and much less reliable on names, brand words, medical or technical terms, and anything said quickly. That is why step four is watching your video before you post it. If something is wrong, that is exactly what the revision is for.
Can I add trending music afterwards?
Yes, and you should. Trending audio only counts as trending if you pick it inside the app, so add it in Instagram or Edits right before you post. It takes about thirty seconds.
What can I use to tweak it after?
Instagram Edits or CapCut, or whatever you already use. You get a standard MP4, so any editor will open it. Trimming the front, changing the cover frame or adding a sticker are all quick at that stage.
How long does it take?
Within a week. This is a small pilot running alongside other work, so I would rather give you a real date and hit it than promise twenty four hours and miss it.
What counts as a minor revision?
A correction or an adjustment: fixing a caption, moving a cut point, dropping a section that should not have stayed. It is not a second edit to a new brief, and it is not a different style. One per video.
What happens after the free one?
$20 USD per Reel, paid only when you want another one. There is no subscription, no minimum, no plan and nothing to cancel. Send one a year and you pay for one a year.
Is a person editing my video?
No, and I would rather be straight about that than charge you as though one were. Software does the cutting, the captions and the formatting. That is what makes it fast, and what makes it $20 rather than a few hundred. What you are buying is the mechanical work removed, not a hand-made one.
So who checks it?
You do, and the whole thing is built around that. You watch the finished file before it goes anywhere, you decide whether it is right, and you have a revision if it is not. The software has no idea which sentence mattered most to you. You do.
Do I need to be technical?
Not even slightly. You send a video file and you get a video file back. Nothing to install, no account, no settings, no terminal.
What happens to my footage?
It is deleted once your edit is delivered. Keep your own original, because I will not be holding a copy for you.
