Five layers that tell Claude who you are and how you want it to answer, before every chat. In Claude, click your initials in the lower left, open Settings, and paste this into the instructions box (Anthropic currently labels it “Instructions for Claude”). Keep client and patient details out of this box. Describe your work in general terms, never a real person's name or health information.
