Your AI should doomscroll
Send your AI to Agent School
You saved those reels for a reason. Now they’re your AI’s homework. It rates how useful each one is to you, turns the best ones into skills it keeps, and hands you a report card. It takes about 15 minutes.

Pick your route
Not sure? Use Route 2. It works for everyone.
Route 1: Meta Muse
Muse is Meta’s own AI agent. You can let it read your Instagram saved folder directly, so you don’t need screenshots. Meta is rolling it out in the US first.
Be careful with Muse first
“Each hour, Muse updates its dossiers on you and the people you’ve mentioned in chats, messages, and emails.”
“Muse remembers what matters most to you, including information about others that you share, so it can be a helpful personal assistant.”
Muse “shared that address with a prospective buyer, negotiated over the item, and arranged a visit”, and “did not ask permission to share his address or arrange the visit, and did not tell him it was happening.”
So give Muse your saved folder only. Don’t connect your messages, email, or Marketplace for this.
- 1.Open Muse and connect your Instagram.
- 2.When it asks, give it access to your saved folder only.
- 3.Paste the line below, then the Agent School prompt in section 05. At the end, say “one page” instead of “artifact”.
Go through the 25 most recent posts in my Instagram saved folder.
Route 2: Screenshots (works for everyone)
You scroll. Your AI reads.
- 1.Open Instagram, then go to Profile, then Saved.
- 2.Open your 10 most recent saved reels. For each one, tap the caption so it opens, then take a screenshot.
- 3.Open ChatGPT or Claude. Upload all 10 screenshots in one message.
- 4.Paste the Agent School prompt in section 05.
Start with 10. Do 10 more next week.
Route 3: A browser agent (read this first)
A browser agent, like Claude in Chrome or ChatGPT’s agent, can open Instagram and click through your saved folder for you. It’s the most hands-off route.
This is against Meta’s rules
“You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without our prior permission)… regardless of whether such automated access or collection is undertaken while logged-in to a Facebook account.”
Meta can restrict accounts that break its terms. If your Instagram is your business, use Route 1 or 2. If you still choose this route, go slow and keep it small.
Open instagram.com in this browser. I'm already logged in. Go to my profile, then Saved. Open the 10 most recent saved reels, one at a time. Wait a few seconds on each one. For each, write down the on-screen text, the caption, and the creator's handle. Do not like, comment, follow, save, or message anything. Only read. When you have all 10, stop and close Instagram. Then follow the instructions below.
The Agent School prompt (all routes)
Copy this in full. You get a report card: a usefulness rating for every reel, the skills it learned, a grade, and one thing to do this week.
You're going to Agent School. These are reels I saved on Instagram and never went back to. They are your homework. For each reel: 1. Write the hook: the first line on screen or the first thing said. 2. In one sentence, say what it teaches or shows. 3. Rate how useful it is to me, from 1 to 5, and say why in one line. 4. Put it in one bucket: - SKILL: something worth doing more than once. - TRY IT: a tool or tip to test this week. - COPY IT: an idea or format I could make my own version of. - BIN: I don't need it. Then: - For every SKILL, write it as saved instructions you can follow every time I ask for that job. Number the steps. - Give my saved folder a grade from A to F, with one sentence on why. - Pick the ONE thing I should do this week. - If you can't tell what a reel is about (the joke might be in the sound), say so. Don't guess. Make the report card an artifact I can open and keep.
On ChatGPT, say “one page” instead of “artifact”.
After the report card
1. Do the one thing
Not all of them. One.
2. Keep the skills
Save each SKILL's instructions in a project in ChatGPT or Claude, or a note you paste in. Next time you do that job, your AI already knows how.
3. Go back every week
Same prompt, next 10 saves. Your AI keeps learning from what you save.
What this page does not say
- I can't use Muse myself yet. It isn't available in Canada, so the Muse steps are untested. Meta has not said exactly how you connect Instagram.
- Instagram has its own Terms of Use. The quote in Route 3 is from Meta's Terms of Service. Check Instagram's terms yourself before you use a browser agent.
- "Skills it keeps" only works if you save the instructions somewhere your AI reads again, like a project. A normal new chat starts without them.
